Fred Caruso (Co-Producer) Fred Caruso a long time veteran of the film industry, most recently produced The Rat Pack for HBO, which has garnered eleven Emmy Award nominations. His other producing credits include: HBO's Lansky, starring Richard Dreyfuss and Eric Roberts; David Lynch's Blue Velvet, starring Dennis Hopper and Isabella Rossellini; Bill Richert's Winter Kills, starring Jeff Bridges and John Huston; Andy Davis' Steal Big, Steal Little, starring Andy Garcia and Ally Walker; and Nick Sgarro's Happy Hooker, starring Lynn Redgrave. Caruso has worked extensively with renowned director Brian DePalma. He was the executive in charge of production for DePalma's Blow Out and Dressed To Kill and the co-producer of Bonfire Of The Vanities and Casualties of War. Caruso's other co-producing credits include: Neil Jordan's We're No Angels, starring Robert DeNiro and Sean Penn; Peter Hyams' The Presidio, starring Sean Connery; Guy Ferland's Telling Lies In America, starring Brad Renfro and Calista Flockhart; and Super Mario Bros., starring Bob Hoskins and John Lequizamo. Over the years Caruso has worked on such critically- acclaimed films as Sergio Leone's Once Upon A Time In America; Brian Hutton's The First Deadly Sin; Sidney Lumet's Network; Bye Bye Braverman; John Cassavettes' Husbands, Philip Kaufman's The Wanderers; Francis Coppola's The Godfather; and John Schlesinger's Midnight Cowboy. < Previous filmmaker
